The Course is assessed, and a qualification gained, through successful completion of a workbook.
This course will be delivered over 2 days (Participants will need to attend both sessions.)

Staff will be more aware of stress and how to deal with it, both personally and professionally.
Participants will be required to complete a workbook and attend a 1:1 session for individual feedback around the assessment.
There may also be a small amount of homework.
Delegates are advised to bring a pen, paper and a folder is useful.
