Independent, impartial careers information, advice and guidance for young people

The Careers and Progression Team can help you meet your statutory duty to provide independent and impartial careers information, advice and guidance to your students.

The team achieved the Matrix standard for its excellent independent careers work in October 2016 and is made up of Level 6 qualified careers guidance advisers who are members of the Career Development Institute. The advisers use their local knowledge and expertise to offer independent, impartial, information, advice and guidance on career pathways and options at 14, 16, 18 years and beyond, further and higher education, apprenticeships, work and volunteering opportunities, job seeking, CVs and interview skills, finance and benefits.
